Terms and Conditions of Use for the Biotap Platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Biotap platform ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. User-generated Content
Biotap is a platform that allows users to create and share biographical profiles. The content uploaded by users is their sole responsibility. We are not liable for the accuracy, legality, originality, or suitability of user-generated content. However, we reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates our policies, without prior notice.
3. Payment and Membership Cancellation Policy
The Biotap Platform may offer memberships and premium services at a cost. By subscribing to a paid membership, you agree to pay the corresponding charges as specified in the provided payment terms. Memberships will automatically renew unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations may be subject to specific refund policies as determined by Biotap.
4. Account Termination and User Blocking
We reserve the right to close accounts and block users without prior notice in case of violation of these terms and conditions, platform abuse, inappropriate behavior, or any other action deemed detrimental to Biotap or its users. The decision to close an account or block a user is final, and we are not obliged to provide explanations or justifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biotap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or damage to reputation.
